Security is the default, not an add-on. Here is how Alderbow Cloud protects your files.
Encryption
Files are encrypted on your device before they are uploaded. Encryption keys are derived from your password and never leave your devices in plaintext, so we cannot read your content. Data at rest is stored with AES-256 and all transport is protected with TLS 1.3.
Infrastructure
Storage and processing run in ISO 27001-certified data centers in the European Union. Object storage is replicated across availability zones, and deleted files remain recoverable for 30 days before they are purged.
Access & accounts
- Optional two-factor authentication (TOTP and security keys).
- Session and device management with remote sign-out.
- Rate-limited authentication and anomaly alerts on new sign-ins.
